Moira Lo Bianco has been immersed in and worked with sound since childhood; she is a composer and pianist, as well as a sound therapist, meditation, and yoga teacher. Moira is also a Reiki Master. As both a musician and a practitioner of the healing arts, Moira investigates the mind-body connection through the integration of the physical and the energetic, emotional, intellectual, and
spiritual bodies.

Moira is the owner of Íntegro Sonoro a company committed to advancing integrative practices grounded in sound and encompassing the performing and healing arts. Its core mission is to reflect on the importance of deep listening as a way to foster a sense of wholeness, exploring the impact of sound on humans’ health and wellness while investigating the mind-body connection. Accessibility is core to Íntegro Sonoro’s mission to reach and serve populations of diverse ages, abilities, races, ethnicities, orientations, genders, cultures, and origins.

As a healing arts practitioner, Moira specializes in somatic healing practices that integrate sound therapy, mindfulness, trauma-informed yoga, and reiki. As an educator, she has developed several curricula, bringing mindfulness into her teaching approach. She often presents her programs in collaboration with colleges, public schools, community-based organizations, hospitals, and clinics, reaching diverse populations of different ages and abilities. As a composer and pianist, Moira has released several albums and collaborated with a wide array of ensembles as well as solo artists, spanning the gap between written and unwritten music. Her multi-disciplinary work ranges from dance and video to visual art and installation projects. Moira has performed at venues like Carnegie Hall and Di Menna Center for Classical Music in New York City, the Villa Celimontana Festival in Rome, and the Newport Jazz Festival.
