Coffee Enema Procedure Part 2: Putting the Enema In
Coffee Enemas are the best! They detox your liver like nobody's business, clearing up stagnation in the liver, intestines, and blood. They're also great for parasite cleansing, migraines, aches and pains and a bunch of other health concerns. Here's the 2nd part of the Basic Coffee Enema Procedure where you learn how to work with your enema bag, set up a nice space to do your enema, how to insert the coffee in your rectum, how to clean the enema bag and possible things that can happen during and after your coffee enema.

*Many people have a hard time holding the enema in at first for any length of time, I recommend trying a water enema first or making sure to have a bowel movement before the enema. Also, you may need to work up to being able to hold it for 12 minutes. No shame, this is perfectly normal.
*If you do regular Coffee Enemas make sure you're replacing minerals with Kelp supplements (Nature's Way is a good one), Spring Water and Sea Salt.

Update 04/04/15- I just want to inform you that 2 days ago after doing 2 enemas/day for about 6 months along with the Nutritional Balancing program, I expelled a 3 ft long Rope Worm parasite! It was exciting and gross at the same time. I feel so happy and relieved that these horrible things are leaving my body! Apparently 1 in 4 people has parasites in them. You can read more about the rope worm here. http://ropeworms.com/. Yay for coffee enemas!
